The draft text for an amendment to REACh Annex II (Requirements for the Compilation of Safety Data Sheets) has been made available to the public after a positive vote in committee. The draft text requires substantial amendments to Safety Data Sheet format and content.

The draft has two annexes. The first annex, REACH-2010-I, amends SDS requirements effective 1 Dec. 2010 for substances and mixtures subject to dual classification under the old system (DSD/DPD) and the CLP (GHS). [More…]
